How this works
Paste one job description. Get a checklist, a boolean string, and an interview scorecard from the title and must-haves it states.
A worked example
Illustration: a posting states Title: Staff backend engineer and Requirements: Go, PostgreSQL. The checklist marks those fields present, the boolean string quotes them, and the scorecard uses Go and PostgreSQL as competencies.
- Paste the job description, or load the example into the box.
- Read the checklist, the boolean string, and the scorecard together.
- Open the checklist, the boolean page, or the scorecard when you want that piece on its own.
Review the toolkit
- Compare with the posting. Check each extracted requirement against the original sentence. A present checklist field means the text states it; it does not confirm that the requirement is appropriate. Resolve missing or ambiguous criteria with the hiring manager, then edit the posting and rebuild.
- Check AND and OR. For example,
Python, Django / Flaskshould producePython AND (Django OR Flask): Python is required alongside either framework. A plain list ending in “or”, such asJava, Python, or Ruby, is one alternative group. Use separate lines or semicolons to make independent requirements explicit. Open the Boolean generator to edit the fields. After a toolkit is built, this link carries its extracted fields without the full JD and does not run a search. - Agree on interview evidence. Alternatives share a competency; the candidate can discuss one of them. Review the suggested questions with the interviewer and record what the candidate did, their reasoning, and the outcome. Leave a competency unassessed when evidence is missing. The card organizes the conversation; a keyword match does not establish ability.
Limits
Terms come from the posting. The scorecard does not score a person. Forty runs per network per UTC day before a work email is requested. That does not spend the five daily samples.
